Dear developer team*,

I know that some of you especially those who newly join our team is still unfamiliar either with our development environment and or the usual functionalities of our applications. However, as per our business nature, we have to deliver on time. As such, I hope that you as developer have a good teamwork, the more experience share the tips and trick to the new ones, new developers pls put more efforts to catch up.

I believe our company has a very good environment to learn, not just common technical things, but also best technical practice, coaching and teamwork. If you have to take your time more on learning new things, consider it as an invesment to develop your skills. I've personally gone through what you guys have been doing now several years ago. And you may believe that your investment in knowledge today, someday it will be paid off.

If I may suggest that you should not just learn technical skills but also try to understand the process and functionalities of every applications you develop. It will significantly speed up the development time while also broaden your understanding about financial business. It will enhance your knowledge and broaden your mind.

Also keep a good development practice, be dicipline on writing good codes, no hardcode, put plenty of comments, well structured, and efficient. You may already aware that most of our application is proccessing huge numbers of data, thus by following this good coding practice it will speedup the performance of the application, speed up development and easier to enhance in the future. And I believe your experience of making good applications here would be very beneficial in the future. My personal experience as developers is that I got a very high self esteem by delivering good applications to my clients, and also being recognized. I hope you can have the same experience with me, which will eventualy benefit your career.
